Booking Conditions Camping
Cancellation policy
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
For cancellations up to 3 days before the booked arrival date, the deposit paid will be retained.
If cancellation occurs 2 days before the booked arrival date, the entire stay will be charged as booked.
Late arrival, unjustified no-show, or early departure cannot be attributed to us, and 100% of the cost of the booked stay will be charged.

Booking guarantee
To confirm your reservation, an immediate deposit is required. The deposit can be made by bank transfer. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Your reserved pitch will be held for you until 5 pm. In case of late arrival, please inform us so that your reservation will not be cancelled and cancellation fees will apply. If no cancellation is made for the pitch and the guest does not arrive (NO SHOW), the entire stay will be charged as booked.
General Terms & Conditions
Arrival/departure
Pitch in the camping
On the day of arrival, your reserved pitch will be available from 12:00 PM. Arrival is possible by prior arrangement until 10:00 PM. Please inform us in good time on the day of arrival if you expect to arrive after 5:00 PM.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the pitch by 11:30 AM.
Quiet hours at the campsite are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, no vehicles are allowed to enter or leave the campsite.
Parking space in the motorhome parking lot
On the day of arrival, your reserved pitch will be available from 12:00 PM. In general, arrival is possible until 10:00 PM. If your arrival is delayed beyond 5:00 PM, please inform us on the day of arrival that you will be arriving later. If no notice of late arrival is given on the agreed arrival day, your pitch may be reassigned.
If departure from the motorhome area takes place after 12:00 PM an additional day will be charged. Quiet hours in the motorhome area are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Barbecue
Only with gas. Charcoal is not allowed in the campsite or in the mobile home site.
Pets
Dogs are welcome on the campsite and on the camper pitch, with the request to keep them on a leash at all times. Maximum 1 dogs per pitch. Dogs are not allowed in the sunbathing area near the swimming pool.
Local tax
The local tax is obligatory by law. 2,40 € per person per night from 14 years old will be charged separately.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard as well as EC-Card. Cash payments are possible up to a maximum amount of € 4999,00. American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted.
Price changes, misprints, system errors and mistakes, as well as changes in offers reserved.

Cancellation policy
You can of course cancel your booking at any time before departure. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

If cancellation occurs up to 8 days before the booked arrival date, the deposit paid will be retained.
If cancellation occurs 7 days or less before the booked arrival date, the entire stay will be charged as booked.
Late arrival, no-show, or early departure cannot be attributed to us, and 100% of the cost of the booked stay will be charged.

Booking guarantee
Through our online booking system you have the possibility to select a booking by category. It can not be considered online wishes regarding room number. The amount of the deposit per room is 50% of the total cost of your booked stay.
To confirm your reservation, an immediate deposit is required. The deposit can be made by bank transfer.
Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

General Terms & Conditions
Important Information
A binding reservation is only valid after our written confirmation as well as the payment of your deposit. The execution of a binding ONLINE booking is bound to the insert of your personal data, the acceptance of our terms and conditions and the payment of a deposit. Only after receiving your deposit for confirmation the booking becomes binding for bothcontracting parties.
Deposit for reservations
The amount of the deposit per room is 50% of the total cost of your booked stay.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival your reserved room will be available from 2 pm. Please inform us by telephone on the day of arrival if you arrive after 6 pm. If no notification for a later arrival is received on the agreed arrival day, your room will be assigned to someone else on the following day without compensation. Late arrivals, no-shows or early departures cannot be held against us and you will be charged 100% of the cost of the stay. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am.
Pets
Dogs and other pets are not allowed at Hotel Ansitz Gamp. Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel. It is therefore not allowed to smoke in the rooms.
Local tax
The legally required local tax is obligatory. 2,90 € per person and night from 14 years will be charged separately.
Payment
